announcing open workshops in march & april for an upcoming benefit show to be held on Saturday May 2nd!
VERY excited to be a part of an upcoming collaborative effort (alongside Sam of Lemon Tree PGH, Dee of 7D, + Myah of Creative Citizen Studios) to showcase the connections we weave as webs of access in disability + arts community. stay tuned for an upcoming artist call for visual artwork (we will be installing this month & next at the Millvale Food & Energy Hub!)
our movement workshops, performance piece, and inclusive//immersive dance party on May 2nd will be live scored by the intuitive & talented Dee!
ALL BODIES AND BACKGROUNDS WELCOME as we create an accessible performance opportunity that will empower those who maybe haven’t yet had an access point to dance//movement performance to share the stage with seasoned dancers and choreographers. all ages and abilities welcome as well – all of us involved in this collaboration have years of experience working with artists across the lifespan, and the Millvale Food & Energy Hub is a very accessible space – please do reach out with any specific access needs//questions!
also in workshops…
workshops have begun for say less, a dance & sound project exploring grief & joy, bridging the dance floor with the dance studio by pairing electronic music production & sound design with contemporary choreography.
<<more info coming soon as we get closer to setting ensemble pieces and performance dates. get a peek into process here!>>
